I started the Loving Awareness Foundation because I’ve lived through the kind of pain that makes you question if you’ll survive. I know what it’s like to be at rock bottom, to lose everything, to feel unseen and unsupported when you need help the most. I’ve buried two sons. I’ve been through trauma, addiction, mental health struggles, grief, and survival mode—and I’ve also come through it with a deep understanding of what real healing takes.
This foundation is for people who are in that space—people who are vulnerable, struggling, in crisis, or just trying to keep going. Whether it’s mental health, trauma, grief, recovery, spiritual disconnection, or just life hitting too hard… this is for you.
Our mission is simple: to bridge the gap. We step in during the in-between moments when people are too often forgotten—waiting on services, falling through the cracks, feeling alone. Through donations and community care, we offer help with wellness tools, grief support, trauma-informed coaching, and trusted holistic resources to get people through to the other side.
We’re not a big system. We’re not here to judge, diagnose, or label. We’re here to care. To listen. To see you. To walk beside you. Because healing happens when we feel safe enough to be real. And no one should have to walk that path alone.
